Sound and Silence

Find balance and harmony through the ancient practice of QiGong. You will be guided expertly through gentle movements and poses aimed to promote healing and well-being. This will be done almost all in silence, so you can focus on your breath, the sounds around you and the sensations in your body. 

After a short break, you will settle down with lots of blankets and cushions for a relaxing and soothing Sound and Reiki experience. Here you will be surrounded by therapeutic instruments and voices and will receive hands-on or off the body Reiki/energy healing. It will be a deeply restorative and relaxing experience, intensfied by the QiGong practice.
